Cold Lake RCMP Seizes Drugs in Search Warrants

On March 11, 2018, Cold Lake RCMP executed two search warrants on two residences in the City of Cold Lake. As a result of those search warrants, RCMP seized 10 grams of methamphetamine, Canadian currency and evidence of drug trafficking.

38 year old Shawna Gates of Cold Lake has been charged with possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking and has been released on a recognizance to attend Cold Lake Provincial Court on March 28, 2018, at 10:00 a.m.

30 year old Danielle Wilkins of Cold Lake has been charged with possession of methamphetamine and failure to comply with a recognizance.

Danielle Wilkins was also arrested on an outstanding warrant for theft of a truck and theft under $5000.00 from an incident that occurred in Cold Lake on February 7, 2018.

Danielle Wilkins has been remanded into custody and is appearing at Cold Lake Provincial Court today.
