Library

Elk Point’s fee-free library is available to everybody. While town council cannot contribute money to every organization, a donation of $50 was approved. As councillor Dwayne Yaremkevich said, “The Palliative Care Society services benefit anyone in the community who requires end-of-life care. Many of us have spent time there with loved ones.”

Councillor Terri Hampson noted, “We can go forward from here with confidence.” Administration will draft a policy.
