Female arrested after breaking conditions
On December 8th, at 2:00 am, Cold Lake RCMP received a call from the Best Western that an intoxicated woman was there and they wanted her removed. RCMP attended and located a female, walking on 50th Avenue Cold Lake. It was determined the female was on conditions of a recognizance.
The female, Myia Noltcho, 20 years old of the Cold Lake First Nations, was charged in a case on October 18th on Cold Lake First Nation, involving an assault with a baseball bat. She was released on a recognizance in regards to those charges; including keeping the peace and being of good behaviour, to report into the RCMP every Friday and not be in possession or consumption of alcohol.
She was arrested, with two counts of breaching a recognizance pending.
