Bonnyville RCMP Detachment attend multiple injury collision
On Friday November 24th at 2:15 PM the Bonnyville RCMP were dispatched to a two vehicle collision on Hwy 41 near Township Road 630, just 2 miles South of La Corey. RCMP, Fire and EMS responded to the scene where two pick up trucks had collided in the ditch.
There were a total of 4 injured including two children. All parties were taken by ambulance to the Bonnyville Hospital then subsequently transported to Edmonton Hospitals for further treatment as both drivers were in critical condition. The children were treated and released while the drivers remain in hospital.
The collision is still under investigation and charges are pending.
