Cold Lake RCMP investigate home invasion

On Halloween night, at approximately 5:30 pm, the Cold Lake RCMP received a call of a home invasion. The victim reported that four suspects entered his residence, assaulted and tazed him.

Constable Alexandra Thibeault explains the RCMP are investigating the victim’s allegations, “we don’t believe this was a random incident. The victim was suffering from minor injuries. He also alleged that he saw one of the individuals with a firearm.” The investigation is ongoing, confirms Cst. Thibeault. The victim reports that he was robbed, as well.
