24 months jail, Lifetime Firearms Prohibition, DNA Order, 1 year driving prohibition for: Break & Enter With Intent x 2, Break & Enter & Commit Theft, Failing to Comply with a Recognizance x 2, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5000, Operating a Motor Vehicle While being pursued by police x 2, Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000, Possession of a prohibited firearm, Possession of a firearm while prohibited x 2.
In addition, was sentenced to 40 months jail, lifetime firearms prohibition Consecutive to his 24 months jail for:
Trafficking in cocaine.
Morgan Hourie has 8.5 months left to serve on his 24 month sentence due to time served. He has 48.5 months left to serve. Total jail left 4 years and 15 days.
Morgan Hourie is also being sentenced for other Saskatchewan offences this week at Cold Lake Provincial Court.
