LOCATED: Philip Clarence Faithful

UPDATE

Elk Point RCMP have arrested Philip Clarence Faithful. He was remanded into custody and his next court appearance will be in St. Paul Provincial Court on Nov. 2, 2017.

 

Elk Point RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance in this matter.

 

As the matter is now before the courts no further information will be provided.

Elk Point RCMP seek public’s assistance in locating wanted male

RCMP are seeking the public’s help in locating an adult male wanted on several Criminal Code charges.

 

Philip Clarence Faithful, age 42, of Frog Lake, is wanted on ten charges including:

–      Uttering threats

–      Possession of stolen property

–      Failing to comply with court order

–      Possession of a controlled substance

–      Resist arrest

Faithful is described as:

• Aboriginal male
• 6’2”, 300 lbs
• Short black hair, brown eyes
