ENDHS to celebrate modernization with Education Minister

The Lakeland Catholic School District and Board of Trustees will be holding an Opening Celebration to showcase the completion of the modernized École Notre Dame High School with the Honourable Minister of Education, David Eggen.

Communications Officer for LCSD, Amanda Wildman, says the District is excited for the modernization project to be revealed, “we’ve been anxiously waiting for the opening.” There will be a tour of the school, along with ceremonies celebrating the competition. “The Education Minister, David Eggen will be in attendance for the celebration.”

The modernization project launched in the spring of 2015. Staff & Students made use of the current space while construction continued for two years. Some highly anticipated features of the school will be the commons area, new technology, green space, and the new gymnasium capable of hosting elite tournaments.

The Opening Celebration will take place on Thursday, September 28 at 11:00 am. 5006 – 49 Avenue, Bonnyville Alberta T9N2G3
