St. Paul & District Minor Hockey in need of Head Coaches.
The off-season is rarely quiet in hockey; such is the case for the St. Paul &District Minor Hockey Association. The club is taking its first steps of putting together another great season of hockey.
Coaches Needed
The association has put out a call for coaches for their team 1 teams. Team 1 Novice through Midget coaches are required for boys hockey, while girls hockey needs atom and midget coaches. In total, the association will require about 15 head coaches for the upcoming season.
“Everything is by level of qualification, which dictates what you need.” Bryce Balmer, President of the St. Paul Minor and District Hockey Association, says. Coaches will have the support of an on ice development committee this season. Balmer adds that the association is always a phone call away should a coach have a question throughout the season.
Deadlines
You can apply for one of the positions here. The deadline for applications is June 13. Interviews for the head coaching positions will be held on June 20. The association will take a quiet month in July before getting set for evaluation camps in August.
