Singer Olivia Rose looks to film music video in hometown, Elk Point.
Country music singer-songwriter, Olivia Rose is vying for a chance to become the Storyhive 2017 winner. With your help, the 17 year old musician could win $10,000 to go towards shooting a music video in her hometown of Elk Point. Olivia Rose says the town holds a special place in her heart and is the subject of her contest submission song, Hometown Sundown.
“Hometown Sundowns is a special song as we all have that place that means home to us, that one place where you find comfort and well being,” Olivia Rose says there no other place that she would film the song, than Elk Point. “No matter where or how far you go, there is a place you always yearn to come back to.”
Olivia Rose plans on working with director, Diane Mahony on the project. Mahoney says there’s many reasons why she’s passionate about the possibility of working with Olivia Rose, “Olivia Rose has the face, the voice, the whole package. She was awarded the Edmonton Music Awards Rising Star and has opened for Brett Kissell, among her other accomplishments at a young age. She is only 17 and has all the makings of a superstar! Olivia Rose is dedicated in making it.”
To win the video shoot, Olivia Rose’s Hometown Sundown must be one of the Top 10 votegetters in the contest. You can vote once a day per device at storyhive.com.
