Water Main Break at Art Smith Aviation

Classes Cancelled for Tuesday

Classes at Art Smith Aviation are cancelled for Tuesday, January 10th, following a broken water main. Repair on the water main will take place on Tuesday morning, with water being off for a large portion of the day.

In a release send out by Northern Lights Public Schools, the closure is a “precaution, for health and sanitary reasons.” Along with classes, all after-school activities, held at the facility, have been cancelled for Tuesday.

The school board has sent out their sincere apologies for any inconvience placed on the families. At this time there is no expected timeline for the repairs, nor is there a reason to believe the repairs will not be complete in one day.
