Charges on a 27 year old man expected to sworn in Thursday

At approximately 3:20 p.m. this afternoon, Cold Lake RCMP attempted to stop a stolen vehicle in the City of Cold Lake.  The stolen vehicle subsequently rammed two police vehicles and fled through a residential area.

A low speed pursuit was initiated as the stolen truck had a significantly damaged front driver’s side tire.  The suspect truck spun out and was boxed in on 51 Avenue near 41 Street by Cold Lake RCMP.  The suspect was arrested without incident.

A plethora of charges are pending against a 27 year old man from Onion Lake, Sk. Charges are expected to be sworn at a Cold Lake court tomorrow; at which time, LCN is expecting a name of the accused to be released.

A plethora of charges are pending against a 27 year old man from Onion Lake, Sk. Charges are expected to be sworn at a Cold Lake court tomorrow; at which time, LCN is expecting a name of the accused to be released.
