On Monday, October 31, 2016 there will be a Halloween Curfew of 7 p.m. for all those children who are out trick or treating without being accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent.
This curfew does not apply to those children who are out trick or treating accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent.
