Tools, Equipment & IDs Stolen

On August 31, 2016 between 3:25 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. three semi trucks, parked at the Husky Fuel Station situated at the intersection of Hwy 41 and Hwy 646 near Elk Point Alberta,  had their cabs entered by culprits.  The culprits damaged the locks and once inside stole 2 Mastercraft ratchet sets, personal safety equipment, personal identification and personal safety tickets.

One of the semi truck owners came to the parking lot approximately 4:00 a.m. and observed a white four door flatbed truck departing the area.  Once he came to his truck and noticed the theft he reported it to the Elk Point RCMP.  A review of surveillance video shows that a similar truck pulls onto the property at 3:25 a.m. and drives toward the parked semi trucks.

The Elk Point RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance to identify the culprits who committed these offences or if they have any information about the white flatbed truck to contact the Elk Point RCMP at 780-724-3964 or to contact Crimestoppers.
