B&E at Notre Dame High School
On the morning of July 23rd, 2016 the Bonnyville RCMP Detachment received a call for service to Notre Dame high school where a break and enter had occurred sometime overnight after 6:45 PM on July 22nd, 2016. The school is currently under construction and several items were stolen including 12 compound bows belonging to the school.
Through investigation police recovered most of the property including all but 3 of the stolen compound bows. The compound bows are brightly coloured and labelled belonging to Notre Dame High School. Tools belonging to the construction company were also stolen and the following are still outstanding: a Dewalt drill, a Milwaukee sawzall, 2 North power assisted respirator masks, and a Mikita circular saw.
The file is still under investigation and police are requesting the public come forward with any information they believe to be related to the break and enter or pertaining to the whereabouts of the outstanding bows.
