Two Youths Arrested for Bonnyville Beach Cabin B&E

On May 8th, 2016 at approximately 10:00 PM, the Bonnyville RCMP Detachment received a call for service to a cabin in Bonnyville Beach for a suspected break and enter in progress.  Bonnyville RCMP Detachment officers attended however the suspects were gone on arrival.

The cabin appeared as though it was being lived in even though the owner stated no one was supposed to be there.  With the assistance of Police Dog Services and a witness, 2 youth were arrested in relation to the break and enter.  Before being turned over to their parents the youth were arrested and charged with break and enter and placed under court compelling conditions.

In accordance to the Canadian Youth Criminal Justice Act, RCMP, nor media, cannot release the name(s) of any person under 18 years of age, arrested or charged.
