Tire Iron Meets Window

On December 15th, 2015 at 12:15 AM, the Bonnyville RCMP Detachment received a call for service from a Glendon, AB resident reporting that a tire iron had been thrown through their front window after the front door had been damaged.  The suspects, known to the complainant, were located by police.

One suspect was released without charges and the other, a 20 year old male resident of Glendon, AB, was released on court compelling documents to appear in Bonnyville Provincial Court on February 23rd, 2016 for Mischief.

 

Fraudulent Cheque

On December 24th, 2015 the Bonnyville RCMP received a complaint from the Lakeland Credit Union advising that a fraudulent cheque had been deposited by one of their clients who would now no longer return their calls.  The suspect, a 57 year old male resident of Bonnyville, was known to the complainant and to the police.

On December 29th, 2015 the Bonnyville RCMP Detachment located suspect via a traffic stop and he was arrested for fraud and transported to the Bonnyville RCMP Detachment.

The suspect was later released on court compelling documents to appear in Bonnyville Provincial Court on February 2nd, 2016 for charges of Fraud, Use Forged Document and Failing To Comply with Conditions.

 

Stolen Vehicle 

On December 27th, 2015 the Bonnyville RCMP Detachment received a complaint of theft that occurred between December 25th, 2015 at approximately 10:00 AM and December 27th, 2015.  The complainant reported that his vehicle was parked in front of his home near 46 Street and 41 Avenue in the town of Bonnyville prior to him visiting family in Cold Lake, AB for Christmas and when he returned it was missing.

The vehicle is still outstanding and is described as a 2007 Ford Explorer, Black in colour, with Alberta Licence Plate of BLF3636.  The Bonnyville RCMP is asking the public to contact Cst. SIDORENKO if they observed anything suspicious they believe related to the crime.
