Tanner Boser will be fighting in a month.
The pride of Bonnyville in the UFC will be fighting a new opponent on April 23.
Tanner Boser will now square off in the octagon against Alexander Romanov after his original opponent Rodrigo Nascimento withdrew from the bout.
“Nascimento dropped out. Smart move on his part. Romanov wants in? Fine. I don’t care who it is. F— em all,” said Boser on his social media streams after the replacement was announced.
Boser is 4-3 in the UFC, including three knockouts, and is coming off of a second-round victory over Ovince St. Preux back in June 2021.
Meanwhile, Romanov is 4-0 so far in his UFC career and undefeated through his pro fighting career.
Boser’s fight is the co-main event for the April 23rd UFC Fight Night 205 card.
The “Bulldozer” has a 20-8-1 lifetime pro record.
