La Corey man charged for arson

Police in Bonnyville have charged a man from La Corey for a recent incident which occurred in the Town of Bonnyville.

On March 7, at 12:40 p.m. the Bonnyville RCMP and the Bonnyville Regional Fire Department were called to a residential address in the 5200 block of 51 street for a garage fire.

The RCMP arrived on scene and learned of an argument that had taken place between the residents of the house and a 32-year-old male from La Corey

The 32-year-old male was arrested and is charged with Arson, Breaking & Entering and five counts of Failing to Comply with a Release Condition.

He is set to appear in court on March 15.
