Paws for a Cause fundraiser being held by The Lakeland Humane Society

The Lakeland Humane Society is pleased to invite you to participate in its Paws for a Cause fundraiser.

For the month of February, businesses promote paper paws for a minimum donation of $2 each.

“Donors can write their names on the paws and display them at your location or the LHS shelter,” The Lakeland Humane Society stated. “We deliver the paws to you! This is an easy way to get our community and your clients involved and raise some funds for our furry friends!”

In a recent post on Facebook, the Lakeland Humane Society stated, “We just wanted to express how deeply grateful we are for the wonderful volunteers in our community. We understand that everyone leads busy lives, and in a time of such extended uncertainty, it’s heartwarming to know that we have the support of selfless, kind people who are willing to donate their time to support the efforts of the LHS.”

The organization is extremely proud of the Lakeland community for help with recent fundraiser initiatives.

“Thank you to everyone who helps us through selling 50/50 tickets, raffle tickets, or even sharing our posts,” The Lakeland Humane Society said. “If you’d like to become an LHS volunteer, please reach out to us for more information.”

If you would like to help the Lakeland Humane Society sell paws at your business, give them a call at 780-594-1896, or email [email protected]org
