Vermilion RCMP investigating truck theft

Police are looking for a stolen vehicle taken from a rural community west of Vermilion.

Last Sunday morning at 6:35 a.m., Vermilion RCMP responded to a report of a vehicle theft from a residence on 50 Avenue in Innisfree.

The vehicle was taken three hours earlier by a lone male who smashed the rear window to gain access, police said.

The vehicle is described as a white 2006 Ford F350 with Alberta licence plate CHM5956. The vehicle has a light bar on the back of the cab, as well as a blue Mastercraft hose reel attached to the back of the service bed.
