Cold Lake RCMP investigating Red Rooster and No Frills break-ins

The vehicle seen at both break-ins this morning in Cold Lake.

Cold Lake RCMP are looking for more information on two break-ins this morning at Red Rooster as the same vehicle was used in both thefts.

On April 18, 2019, at approximately 4:00 am, Cold Lake RCMP were dispatched to a commercial glass break alarm at the local Red Rooster.

Upon arrival the officers found that a white F-350 flatbed truck backed into the building.

Two male suspects then entered the store and stole cigarettes and candy bars.

RCMP members received a call to a second alarm at the local No Frills.

The officers found the front door broken in. The same vehicle was used in both occurrences.

The files remain under investigation and Cold Lake RCMP are asking the public to contact police if they see the vehicle in question or if you have information about this incident.

Please do not approach the suspect vehicle for personal safety.
