Two Wanted For Arrest After Crime Spree

RCMP have arrested one and requested warrants for two more people after a crime spree Wednesday.

The culprits stole a vehicle from Edmonton that morning, before stealing and abandoning a 1994 Chevrolet Silverado north west of Bonnyville on Highway 660, and a silver and red 1994 GMC Sierra.

The stolen GMC Sierra was then involved in a break and enter at a residence south of Glendon where the culprits stole fuel.

The GMC was later sighted in Kehewin and located by members. The occupants fled from the police.

A warrant is out for the driver and on a number of charges, and the driver’s sister on charges of property obtained by crime under $5000.

A third passenger was later found and charged with two counts of property obtained by crime under $5000 after stealing a box of tools from one of the trucks.

The charges are not sworn so names could not be revealed to the public.
